Nothing was installed prior to this problem.. it...

Nothing was installed prior to this problem.. it is only occuring when i press the green call button.

Can somebody help me understanding this message?
My BB freezes everytime that I try to make a call.
i have tried hard reset for more than 6 times.. all other applications worked fine..until I press...
