I am curious we just purchased a BES license 5 cal and the download link provided does not lead to a full install of BES 5.0 for exchange. It goes to upgrade links. Am I missing something? Tried...

I am facing the same issue. Add/Delete addressbook entry is fine. Just updating a number or email address does not propagate until hours or days later.

how to send email in HTML format rather than Plain Text?

I have a blackberry curve 8330 on Verizon. How do I force it to send emails in HTML rather than PLAIN TEXT? I have already enabled HTML within the email settings. Am I missing anything else?

Migrating Mailbox to a different Store on Exchange

I am in the testing phase of migrating users from one storage group to another on exchange. Will this be seamless for BES to handle? Or will I need to re-create the users that I move across?

I have been experiencing delays starting this morning at about 11 am. Since then I have restarted the BES services and I have about 2k pending data packets.
