I will try calling Orange again today, fingers crossed hopefully they will sort it.

And as a reply to John, i definitely have the dataplan as my emails work through GPRS.

Can you please help, I have an 8120 with Orange UK.

Whenever I connect to a wifi network I can browse the internet fine through the hotspot browser, but my wifi symbol always stays...
