I had the exact same thing occur. Looks like it won't be until OS 4.3 before we have support for cards larger than 4GB.

As long as I don't use the BlackBerry to format the card it seems to be working just fine. USB mass storage mode works just fine as well. I've got 3GB of videos on there so far.

I use the Jabra 8010z, great headset. It does BT stereo, has great battery life, and does a good job of filtering out background noise.

Have her send to your bb e-mail address instead of your 10 digit mobile number. Most carriers allow you to send MMS messages to e-mail addresses.

Maybe not a beacon, but if you call 911, then E-911 should kick in (as long as the receiving end is enabled for it) to give them your location.

I have a Verizon Wireless BlackBerry 7250. I can't seem to find anywhere that says how to view the PRL or the SID that the phone is currently registered on. Can anyone here help me out with that?
