Hi there if i currently have OS6 what's the procedure for downgrading? Does it follow this method of instructions exactly, or do i have to delete OS6 first??

Hello, recently i've had problems with my texting and bbm. Im having issues sending and recieving them. I will often get the symbol showing that the message is trying to send but not getting through....
