Just upgraded from an 8900 to 9700 (tmobile)...love the phone...however, today, while trying to synch, it crashed the desktop...after being on phone with michael in bb support (singapore)...fantastic...

First one had track ball issues...slightly sticky and non responsive. So they send another one, with a defective screen!

0/2...they're sending a third today....
