I'll try to avoid wiping it for as long as possible. But I've told our solutions people. Hopefully they'll get enough complaints that they will figure out the problem.

The only new App is ZenAgent which my firm installed. That's probably causing the problem but our Solutions Center said it isn't. (We switched servers this week)...regrettably I can't take that...

OK, I've had my Torch for about two months now and for the past three days I keep getting the following error message "Uncaught exception: java.lang.Error".

I prefer the Garmin...for $100 it's perfect and there's no monthly fees. Although I find the battery drain on the Torch to be abit much.

Yes, but without the tapping.

My old default had all those on the home screen. That way if I received an e-mail I could give it a quick glance with out doing anything else.

Can someone tell me the real difference between the two? The only difference I can see is one has a 2.0 camera and the other is 3.2

Considering the Curve is half the price, I don't see a reason...

Normally I get free next day shipping from ATT, but only if the phone is in stock. Who knows what the deal is going to be with the Torch. You might be better off talking to a human at 12:01.

Hold off for the new slider...if you see it and don't like it, then go with the Bold. Worse case if that the new slider drops the price on other BBs so you save a few bucks.

I had an old HTC model before going to BB Curve and loved the sideways keyboard. You get used to it, if the keys are the right size. But anything that increases the screen size without much impact...
