Maybe stupid question... I'm not getting HTML emails as well, nor did I have any interruption of service... how do I check to see if I have BIS 2.5?

I have a Plantronics 815 and it's supposed to work but I can't seem to get it to playing music from my Curve... what should I be doing to make it work??
