neither worked. I have a speed dial assigned to the "K" key and when I hold down the * key, it asked if I wanted to assign that key to a speed dial. any other suggestions?

Another cool feature shown to me by tech support at MVC was Not to say "Send Email" to say Send SMS to So and So, give the body of the message and presto they get a Text message from you.
