Lock codes are available and there is no need to pay. Both my wife and I have them and just called and got the unlock codes and directions. Sometimes you will reach a lazy or unknowledegable person....

I downlaoded .75 and whe I tried to install it it gave me an error message that aid not enough memory available. I did a soft reboot by removing batttery and the download then worked.

That is not correct I unlocked mine the day after I got it. Just call *611 you probably just got a lazy rep. Tell them you are traveling internationally and need to use sim cards from other carriers.

Yes thats pretty much what they said to me as well. Nice to not have to shell out any coin for an unlock code! I will be trying my phone in Russia in a few weeks and will report on that!

No I did it the day after I received the phone. I then went to Panama where I inserted the other sim card, turned off CDMA and it worked fine.
