They could be worse, especially if you work...

They could be worse, especially if you work retail (I am a manager at a GameStop), you will know that Verizon is actually pretty decent... the key is, the louder you talk/yell the more they will do...

I have to chime in. I am still on my 1st phone, I have had it since they came out, I am still running the .75 OS, and I may have to do a battery pull once a week or twice at most. I guess I got lucky?
