Do you have that set up which is a push email service provided by your phone provider??
If you have that then go to options and in the BIS and ask to send service...

SMS message will be extra if you send out. They have a pay as you go for text messages. But it is not covered on the Unlimited Data Plan. :(
Unlimited internet, emails, etc but not text messaging.
