I had my company set up a rule on our exchange...

I had my company set up a rule on our exchange server to automatically forward a copy of my incomming emails to my vzw account which gave me essentially real time corporate email.

Works great.

If I remember correctly, the upgrade gave me the option to backup and restore, and that reloaded things like the Plazmic Theme reader and a couple of other installed apps.
