Same Issue

I have the same issue with an 8300 w/ AT&T. I have went through the knowledge base article and still get device not supported. We are on BES 4.1.5 for Exchange and Exchange 2k.

I beleive he is refering to the weather maps on the NOAA website that have animation. I think it can be done by enabling it in the browser options but I am not certain.

I have both the OfficeScan Server and BES running on the same server. I haven't had any issues. I do have the SQL database directory excluded and so I would recommend that.
