Over a year old. If it did get moisture can it be fixed? I've taken batt out, put back in. Still not having it

Tried to turn my bbc on and the timer goes for ages. Then when it stops it verifys security to 100% then I can't unlock it and the light goes off. I press buttons but the screen is justblack like...
