reinstalling the os didn't help. GOTTA GET RID OF IT!!! just get a reply from the person i got it from and they agreed to the refund. *happy* or at least happier lol...

i can't get past the "unresolved modules" message in the desktop manager, that seems to be the only thing that's keeping me from updating. i tried doing a wireless update but it doesn't find anything.

since i pretty much have to put the phone in the mail tomorrow i think i'll just send it back and get a refund and get a new one so i won't have to worry about hardware issues. thanks!
