How did this happen? Device phone book rolled back in time!

I'm really baffled how this happened.

We moved a load of users to our new BES Express and (typically the MD) had this experience after a device wipe and resynch

I run a small BES here and have enterprise email for my staff ... all good.

I also hook my BB up to my Gmail ... if I send someone an email from the Gmail account, the message appears...

Got a new 8700g here. The last days I've had 3 different people call me (on the same o2 network, two are managers) and when I pick up, it's 'silent'.
