ive got exactly the same problem ? couldnt use my phone for a week now , does anyone have a solution , ive did everything but my blackberry just doesnt connect to bb destkop manager

i called my provider and they said i had to get it somewhere else but im going to sell it anyway it is the worst phone i ever had i cant even go on the web with it and i thought that i could usse bbm...
