The patch didn't last very long. At least not long enough. :)

CanuckBB: Server 2.0 runs on Linux and Windows. ESX and ESXi have specific hardware guidelines but my HP DL360 at home supports ESXi so if you can use it, use it. If not, then Server 2.0 works fine.

I had a similar issue. The user had BIS setup because out BES wasn't yet setup and when we changed him from BIS to BES, we had to call the provider. They removed it, it worked virtually right away...

There are also advantages from going MSDE to SQL as you can have more inflight requests making the general performance better. I went from MSDE to SQL with 250+ users and the difference was amazing....

Just use NT authentication. SA is the default service account for SQL which you aren't using so there is no need to use it at all. I use the BES admin account for authenticating to the MSDE service.
