If card is still FAT32 you may need to put it in a computer and format it as exFAT, then put it back in the Z10. And the Z10 may still need to download the drivers.

The correct format is exFAT. You will need OS version 10.2.1.3175 and above to use exFAT. Supported MicroSD media card storage sizes for use with BlackBerry smartphones...
