7100 incoming call pic help

help...on my 7100

why did i get an error when i exported this saying it coukd not use the attached pic for incomming calls?

no 3 theme

i need some help on my banner flag I can't make it transparent..i have paintshop pro, photoshop, Illustrator but I am not to good on how to use them. any help would be great.

again the little guy is my company mascot....Plankie. I org. had flipped the apple and had Plankie in the cut out, then switched to the Quicktime icon as the focus icon but then had to put my guy...

the focus icon is my company mascot.

ok i was going to start finishing my basement today but now I am on a another path my 1st theme...i did notice that that the berry 411 & bbtoday icons don't get hidden as the standard icons do...why?
