Better buy unlocked BB and try with your SIM provider, its cheaper than you buy locked BB in expensive cell operator plan

when connected to BB desktop select usb drive in your BB phone, the file should be found in my computer menu list... hope this help

I also Have same issue with ChloeSky, this is couse of a software not uninstall properly.
The solution is :
- swipe out the firmware
- re install the firmware with BB desktop

Yes I also same experience, pull out the battery not help, I use ver.6 firmware and take alot of memory, some one told me it's should down grade to ver.5 firmware but I can't find the downgrade ver.5...
