the number of messages brought down via a OTA...

the number of messages brought down via a OTA activation is defaulted at 200 if I recall correctly, it's a configurable option via the BES Management Console

You need to migrate all of your individual BES...

You need to migrate all of your individual BES MSDE database's over to a single database shared between all 5 BES servers. Once all servers share a single database, you can then manage all of them...
