Can't Remove a Server via the BAS

Long story short, I tried to install the Monitoring service on a remote computer and made a mistake. It ended up creating a new BB server instance...... I now have the monitoring service installed...

I also have the issue every once and a while where the blackberry's stop sending and receiving. I have 440 users on BES running v4.1.7 SP7.
If i get the user to wipe then reactivate it works fine....
