Latest OS update on BOLD, 4.6.0.301 (Platform 4.0.0.245) solved this problem. Contacts sync and show names on RR screen properly. Thanks RIM.

You either log on to your Mac as user 1 or user 2. That way, you will have your separate Calendars, Mail, and settings in most other programs. Pocketmac sync will do the same.
