I have the same problem...I have 7.4mb free space in App storage; 6.2 GB free space in media storage; and 1.9 GB free space on media card....I have only downloaded about 5 apps on my phone so I don't...

it only happens when she sends photos that she cropped or that she has taken with another app. they do not show up for me to save them, it just says "one or more of the message components have...
