if you backup the device, does it backup 3rd party programs as well?
maybe im missing something but when i used the backup file for the new blackberry everything was there but no 3rd party...

on desktop created new folder called games, inserted 3 games into folder. then changed the theme and the folder was missing including the games in the folder.

while the games wasnt on the desktop...
