Sorry about that, I think I got it solved. I went to Security and wiped out 3rd party apps. and did another restart. It turns out that the app wasn't completely removed.

I am experiencing the same problem with my BB 9780. Recently I installed an app ISPEECH's "DriveSafe.Ly". This was working fine. Until this morning I decided to install another app....
