By trial-and-error, I believe the setting is "internet". However, it is not always success. You get once for every four or five.

Does anyone know the APN info of "3" (previous named Orange) in Hong Kong?

:idea: For Hong Kong CSL , try to set APN to "hkcsl". I successfully connected my app to my server with this setting.
