well I've restored it a little while ago and it seems ok, just keeping my fingers crossed that it doesn't do it again

also, whenever I try to send a text message, it will not send and will say Mobile Equipment Status Failed. Then I reset my phone and it works? it's quite annoying having to do that every 30 minutes....

The trackpad scroll sound is off, what I mean is the top side of the trackpad physically moves into the device a tiny bit...
