Good program to make my own ringtones?

I want to edit the chorus from a song I like and use it as my ringtone. What audio editing software is popular to do this and is compatible with my 8100? Thank you!

I have only downloaded themes and colorpearl so far. What else is good for the 8100 without a data plan?
