I used to use BES, but now I am on BIS.

I would like to synchronize my contacts with Google Apps / Gmail, but all of my existing contacts say "Synchronize Using: Desktop", while any new contacts...

Well, I fixed the red "new mail" flag, but still not receiving all messages. Here is what I did:

I deleted the email account (again), sent service books, did hard reboot, and re-added the account....
