This is happening to me as well. But, it does not do it on every song, however, it does do it more often than not. This has started since upgrading the OS.

I updated to .148 yesterday and just noticed that my Browser is missing. If click on a link then the browser app opens but I get this, "Your device does not currently have any Browser Configuration...
