It lets you confirm changes/deletions when it syncs. if it looks like it is going to delete everything(shouldn't) the 1st time you sync just reject it and set to sync one way to get the contacts etc...

Icon Stuck in App Switcher
I have an icon "Application Center" stuck in the switcher bar. Clicking on it does nothing but close the switcher. If I start the application center I get a 2nd icon in the switcher. It's not the end...
