Depends on what kind of router/firewall you have. Can you tell us if it's a Cisco, Netgear, DLink, Linux firewall?

And if it is WPA, it is most likely WPA with PSK...

And if it is WPA, it is most likely WPA with PSK (Pre-shared Key), meaning use PSK.
