Seems the magnet is a bit low in my holster too but if I press it when I insert the BB it works.

Still can't figure out the email address issue....

Anyway, neither are critical just annoying.

Agree with this - the Bell version gave me 14MB...

Agree with this - the Bell version gave me 14MB after a reboot, this is at 21MB and appears to have much less memory leak.
Much better than the Bell version on my Bold regardless of claims it is...

There's a free add on app called (I think) BBLight which lights up the screen on receipt of emails and/or texts.
Works great on 8900, not sure about 9700.
