i believe that there's an IT policy which can force to delete on handheld only.

Check with your BES Admin (or if you are, then you can check the IT policies)

JAMEAND - your icon is definately a push icon. Why it has a -1 beside it is unclear. There have been problems in the past with software that caused -1 to show up where the "new mail" (or envelope)...
