Bluetooth problems

My 8130 pearl is not letting my recieve media files useing bluetooth,
It is letting me pair with devices but when i try to recieve a file it tells me its failing,

Any ideas

Lightbulb Wallpaper not changing back?

So i set a wallpaper for my homescreen,
and then put it back to reset,
the homescreen image was put back to normal
but when i press menu button where all the apps and stuff are,
Its the same...

Well, its happend to me once and the battery pull fixed it, but before it happend my phone had shut off on its own, maybe that had something to do with it, is there anything specific your doing...
