My device has an SD card with photos on that show up just fine in the media manager. However when I got the 9700 I didn't have an SD card so the photos I was taking were being stored to the device...

I have the same issue - it's almost like a loose...

I have the same issue - it's almost like a loose connection causing the link to be severed and reconnected over and over again very quickly.

I've tried all of the above suggestions too :(

You can't retrieve internal memory files anymore :( Thanks to my upgrade to v6.0 I now have 60 photos stuck on my device memory :(

I had the old version of the Desktop Manager, and I went to update it and now have the v6.0.... but I also have over 50-60 photos on my internal memory that are invisible to the new media mananger......
