Ok, I resent my serv books two times, no changes. Now I've deleted/readded my email acct. No changes. Do I need to resend the books after resetting my mail account? And do I need to reset my BB...

[Once your carriers have upgraded to the latest BIS, you would need to remove and re-add your integrated email addys on your carrier's website for you to be able to get the "Enable HTML Email" field...
