I really wish someone from AT&T would step up and fill us in on this. I don't mind if I have to wait a week or a month, as long as I know that I'm waiting that long. The way they handled it this...

Yeah I appreciate that they were trying to promote a blackberry product by using the bar codes and blackberrys to scan, but man that was a terrible idea.
