I Tried to keep it loading ( for a whole day ) but it didnt help. Tried to to restart it ( many times ), pulled the battery out several times, taking out the SD card and SIM card, but didnt helped,...

I submited my problem with the multiperson chat. ( the bbm gets freezed and its very hard to open any conversation, i cant send or receive any messages to my contacts because of the multiperson chat...

Someone added me to a multiperson chat. There are 99+ contacts!! My q10 is so slow and the BBm is almost not working. I'm trying to leave the chat but it keeps showing up. What is the solution ?

i read that 523 problem usally is caused by a 3rd party software .. and i have none exept FB, Msn, APP World and BBM.

Therefore, i tried to uninstall using the APP Loader as it gave me the chace...
