sync my BB calendar onto web based or Google calendar

I travel a lot and in an effort to keep my wife updated to my calendar is there a way to sync off of my BB calendar (not outlook linked but lotus notes linked) to a web based calendar?

I noticed on my 8100 most of my phone numbers do not have hyphen's in the number (imported from my sim). Is there anyway of changing that without editing all the numbers?

Thanks for the help. I have a brand new phone so I doubt its the OS. Google maps works, I wonder if using my bluetooth is causing problems as well.

I have isolated google maps to a specific error on my pearl. When I put my phone into system standby mode and I receive a phone call I am unable to answer the phone call. I know it is google maps...
