Yes JSanders, it is unlocked. 5 items DISABLED in sim card options. And I can make a voice call, bb service active with my current provider but won't be connected.

Hi All,

I called At&T today asking if they can release the pin registered at At&t because I wan't to use my BB 8100 in Indonesia. They are so helpful and gave me the unlock code for that purpose....
