My daughter bought the 9700 about 3 weeks ago from AT&T, and it froze multiple times everyday. After 3 days we updated to beta OS I believe 545, and there have been no problems since.

I've had the same problem with a flood of old AOL emails. In my computer, I manually deleted hundreds of old emails from my AOLaccount--- that seemed to fix the BB issue.
