Looks like it is trying to work but the images never download.
I end up with something that looks like a box with a small Blackberry in it

I’ve been trying to get this to work for a few weeks with no success. I’m running v 4.5.0.46 and upgraded to BIS 2.5. Have run the gambit of resending service books and battery pulls....

Same Problem

I'm having the same issue as others in this thread
I have OS 4.5.0.46
Resent Service Books and get the option to "Get Images" but after that nothing happens. Have done battery pulls and tried...
