Yes there is English. I'm from the US and I am running it with AT&T. Only problem I had was with a theme. Everything else I fixed by registering the bb device with the network again

Tried this.. the other themes keep their settings, just the BB Dimension Today Plus doesn't keep settings, even when the theme is switched. any ideas what I can do to fix this ?
