Solution.
You were right about Contact associated with user, when I advised to check contact, user find the contact, delete them and create with correct name (it probably was joke).

Hello freakinvibe,

I will ask user to check if contact associated with user.
This problem is appear after we switch user to new BB. New BB was wiped and user was deleted from BES before...

Since setting up user's new Blackberry, whichever email address he is sending to his “Full Name” is displayed as “Place Holder” on his BB only.
Recipients see the proper name on received...
