So I take it that there is no time line for an update? I really hope it happens soon as this OS is always giving me trouble, it cam pre-installed on our S2.

Best OS for a 9550?

Currently on 5.0.0.1656/5.0.0.1015 straight from Verizon but it seems very unstable. At least 1-2/day we have to pull the battery from either being sluggish or loosing reception and get an SOS only...

With my bold I was able to tether my Laptop for internet access when I was on the road. Is there a way to do it with the Storm2 too?

This happened to one of my BBs and replacing the battery took care of the problem...apparently the batteries are very touchy. A new battery cost me $6 on ebay :)

Not sure if anyone mentioned this but one of my 8100s got slobber on it (from my 1 yr old) and stopped working.......I switched out batteries and wallah it works just fine.......$6 dollars later...
