I had a similar problem when I upgraded from 6.0.0.546 to 6.0.0.576.

It would happen after the the phone was removed from charger/PC USB.

The only way I found to resolve it was to revert back...

Nice themes although the green is a bit on the bright/lime side, would prefer it a bit darker (more like the screenshot)

If your comany is using BES Express you can use BIS to access it, however you can't do over the air activations with BES Express & BIS.
